Project facts.

What is OTI trying to improve?

The project aims to develop shared requirements for managing transport information, from source data and editorial decisions to publication and updates. Research is intended to test how people understand and use that information.

Is OTI an official transport standard?

OTI is developing draft quality requirements and related specifications. Recognition by a standards body and an operational certification scheme have not been established.

What can I use today?

The experimental opentransitinformation 0.3.2 library is available on npm. Check its versioned instructions and supported inputs. Draft specifications and local demonstrations have different maturity and access conditions.

Has the first complete edition launched?

No complete product edition is verified as published. Version 0 Bilbao is the first complete edition in development. A published library component is a separate milestone.

Does using real network data imply operator endorsement?

No. A demonstration can use attributed public data without being an official operator product. Its source dates, selection and limitations must remain visible.

Can I reuse the logo or a demonstration image?

Read the individual resource's terms and credit. Original OTI symbols and styles fall under the project's CC-BY-4.0 decision; brand guidance identifies the official artwork. Screenshots and real-network media can include separate data, font or third-party rights. No endorsement or separate trademark permission is implied.
