The current stage.
The repository describes an early, maintainer-led project. The OTI name is the shared public identity for its specifications, tools, research and possible professional applications.
The source governance document records the initial maintainer. A multi-organisation steering committee and a separate association are proposed later stages, not institutions already in operation.
Decisions that can be examined.
The planned approach records significant design decisions and proposes a public process for specification changes. The specifications are intended to be implementable by tools other than the reference engine.
Open licensing, recorded decisions and actual maintenance are separate responsibilities. Adoption, independent implementation and long-term funding still have to be demonstrated.
Shared foundations and professional work.
The intended model combines reusable foundations with specialist products and services under OTI. Professional work could include design, integration, research, deployment and support.
Commercial scope, service responsibilities and contact details must be confirmed before a supported offer is published. There is no purchase, booking or paid support service on this site.
